A bittersweet chocolate with 72% cocoa solids, blended with European-style low-roast liquor and aged to provide a mellow, balanced flavor.

Ganache, gourmet cookies, enrobing.

Package

Wafers in 5 kg. box, 4 per masterpack. Product is packaged in a poly-lined 5 kg. net weight corrugated carton. The packages are sealed on top with a round circular sticker/seal (no tape, glue or staples used). Or 10 lb. blocks in 50 lb. carton. Product is packaged in a poly-laminate bag within a 50 lb. net weight corrugated carton. Cartons are taped closed (no glue or staples used).
